How a party order works
Sets run two, four, six and eight people, each in a classic version and a crawfish one — the Set for Six with Crawfish, six lobster tails, three pounds of snow crab legs, three pounds of Greek crawfish and three pounds of mixed shrimp, is $341.99. Past eight we stop selling boxes and start building the order around your headcount: pounds of crawfish, crab and shrimp, the heat split however you want across the trays, sides to match. For groups over twelve, call (747) 488-9441 at least 48 hours ahead so we can source properly.
Live for your own pot, or cooked and delivered hot
Some hosts want the boil to be the event and take the crawfish live and raw by the pound. Others want to open the door, take the trays and pour a drink. We do both, and for large orders it is worth a conversation rather than a checkout button — the right answer depends on how many people, how far, and when you want to eat.
What arrives with it
Gloves, shell crackers, scissors, table covers and shrimp deveiners come in the box at no charge, scaled to the order. Sides — sweet corn, chickpeas, extra garlic butter — are priced individually so you can size them to the table rather than to a package.

How much crawfish do I need for a party?
Two to three pounds a person if crawfish is the centrepiece, closer to a pound if you are also serving crab, shrimp and sides. At $40 a pound, a twenty-person boil is a real number — call and we will price it properly rather than guess.
Do you deliver party orders outside your usual area?
Often, yes. A single tray has a range; a full party order travels further because it is worth the run. Call (747) 488-9441 with the address and the date and we will give you a straight answer.
