Buy them live out of the tank at $35 a pound and cook them your way, or let us boil them for you at $40 — seasoned all the way into the shell and driven to you hot.

Live is five dollars cheaper, and that is the point
Live crawfish leave at $35 a pound because we have not seasoned or cooked them. If your family boils its own — and in Glendale and Burbank a lot of families do — that is the price you want. Minimum three pounds live, because below that a tank order is not worth the drive for either of us.
Boiled means boiled after you order
The other way round costs $40 a pound and buys you our garlic butter, your heat level and your salt level. Nothing is boiled in advance and held; the pot goes on when the order lands, which is why a delivery window exists at all.

Questions we get asked
What is the difference between Greek crawfish and Louisiana crawfish?
They are a different animal to eat — the Greek ones run larger and sweeter in the tail. Ours are the European variety the Armenian and Russian communities in Los Angeles have been asking for, which is a different order from the boxed Louisiana crawfish shipped in by air.
How much do you deliver for?
$15 for every 15 miles from our kitchen Orders over $600 deliver free. We measure from our kitchen at 8705 Cranford Ave, Sun Valley — the fee you see is the road we actually drive.
Is it cooked before it leaves?
It is boiled after you order, not before. That is the whole reason the kitchen exists — nothing sits in a warmer waiting for someone to buy it.
