The one everyone at the table eats
Softer and sweeter than the Black Tiger, and cheap enough per pound to order generously. On a mixed table it is what disappears while people are still deciding how brave they feel about the heat level.
Heat and salt, your call
Like everything else in the pot, you set the heat and the salt. At no-heat it is a shrimp a six-year-old will eat; at LA Inferno it is not.
How ordering works
Pick the item, set your salt and heat, and the kitchen starts when the order lands. Delivery is measured from 8705 Cranford Ave, Sun Valley.
What people said
Good casual seafood order. The shrimp were fresh and arrived warm.
We ordered these with corn and chickpeas and it was a full dinner. Fresh shrimp and great seasoning.
Simple, juicy shrimp done right. Not overcooked and not bland.

Questions we get asked
What size are they?
They run smaller than the Black Tiger. If you want the larger, firmer shrimp, order the Tiger instead — the two are on the menu precisely because they are not interchangeable.
How much do you deliver for?
$15 for every 15 miles from our kitchen Orders over $600 deliver free. We measure from our kitchen at 8705 Cranford Ave, Sun Valley — the fee you see is the road we actually drive.
Is it cooked before it leaves?
It is boiled after you order, not before. That is the whole reason the kitchen exists — nothing sits in a warmer waiting for someone to buy it.
